The human mind is an amazing machine, but you have to take care of it and pay a lot of attention to it.In fact, you become what you think. If you want to change your life, you have to change what you think! In other words, if you want to be a winner, you have to think like a winner. Our mental abilities are stored in the brain, and if you think of the brain as a muscle, you will understand the importance of training it daily to keep in a perfect condition. The best workout for the brain (and mind) is to force it to think. It may seem easy to do, but the kind of thinking I mean requires effort. Let's go back to the idea of muscles and I think you'll understand what I'm talking about. When you go to the gym, a good trainer does an exercise program designed to strengthen your cardiovascular system and define your muscles. The heart rate increases gradually, working on different devices and, if at the beginning a ten-minute program is exhausting, not after a long time, you can easily work for 30 minutes or even an hour. In order to develop your muscles, you have to lift heavier and heavier weights and, at least at the beginning, you develop a muscle fever, you feel the pain. Brain muscle training is based on the same principles. In this case, the pain is caused by the fact that you force him to think in a way that could be uncomfortable. To train your brain and make it think, you have to do two things every day.
The first is to always accumulate new informations for the brain to process. These accumulate by listening, observing and reading. So, the first step in brain training is to spend some time every day reading good books or listening to various audiobooks of people who have extensive knowledge in many fields. The second goal in brain training is to process all the newly accumulated information and apply it in your life. This happens when you think about everything you have learned and strive to use that information to set goals that take you out of your comfort zone and make you take measures that will change your life. The abundance of information today and the ease of accessing it make many people feel overwhelmed. They receive much more information than they can use and invest too little time and effort to think about how to apply it in their lives. That's why you need to set aside time each day to sit alone, quietly, and think and meditate. Now is a good time to focus on new, creative ideas, and to find solutions to your problems. Use this respite to clearly visualize the results you want to achieve in all aspects of your life.

Now, put your brain to work and make it think for solutions, for new changes in your life, for a life that you deserve it and find out every day new things then apply.
