Worries only make things worse

The fact that you are worried about the results will not change things at all.

I admit that it is human nature to worry. People worry about many things. Justified care is about money and financial security, health, and personal and professional relationships. People want everything to go well in their lives, so a certain amount of care and concern is normal. But there are also worries that are dangerous not only for your health, but also for your success. It's about imaginary worries, "which occur when you think hard about what could be awful in your life." Care is the misuse of the imagination.

Worries trigger negative thinking, and if you think negatively, you can't expect to win. If you spend a lot of time imagining all the bad things that can happen in your life, you will become a person aware of problems, not solutions. The most dangerous are health concerns. I know people who, when they find out a negative result after medical tests, are so worried about their lives that they could die at that moment. We have all known at one time such people who choose to suffer in this way, and we suffer with them. It seems we can't do or say anything to encourage and lift their spirits. But, are also people who, although suffering terribly, never talk about their problems. In fact, they don't like to be seen suffering. They do not want their attention to be focused on their suffering. These people accepted the problem as being part of the life and they decided to adapt to their situation. Yes, they have hard days, but they choose to focus on the good ones. They live in the present and are perfectly aware of tomorrow, but they will address the issues in their own time, not earlier.
